If you are looking for a feature that is not found in our apps and you are interested in providing this idea to us, contact our support team. We are always fanatical in getting helpful feedback from Shopify storeowners.

I currently have the Vitals app installed with the 7-day free trial. How can I extend it?
To provide a more streamlined and impactful experience, the 7-day free trial is designed to help you quickly explore the app’s full capabilities and see its value in action.
We believe this 7-day period offers a great opportunity to dive in, test what matters most, and experience the value our app brings to your store right away.
I want to have a specific part of your app to be customized, but I cannot see it on the app's native settings. Can you customize it for me?
You can contact our 24/7 support team if you want selected Vitals apps to be customized outside of the available formatting settings. Our team will thoroughly investigate its possibility and make any suggested adjustments.
💡 Our team uses CSS and simple Javascript to make simple formatting customizations. All of these custom codes are added only to the app and not to your theme files. For more information, you may refer to this article: Customizing Vitals using CSS and Javascript
Is the Vitals app compatible with the << X >> theme?
The Vitals app is compatible with majority of the themes that are offered on the Shopify Theme Store. However, specific features inside themes may not work out-of-the-box immediately and may need additional customization and integration. Do you offer a skip-to-checkout feature?
We previously had a similar app, but it’s not currently part of the Vitals app suite. However, we’re actively working on new features that might include this functionality. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I have the same instance of an app on one page?
Only the Payment Logos app and the Trust Seals and Badges app are possible to be duplicated on a page, as they are simply for display. Other Vitals apps require interaction from visitors and, therefore, will provide numerous issues and conflicts when duplicated on a page.
I cannot access the Vitals dashboard (ex. shows an error message, it freezes, it is not clickable). What can I do?
