You can contact Vitals Support using the chat button in the Vitals Help Center.
Start a chat
- Open the Vitals Help Center.
- Select the chat button on the page you are viewing.
- If our team is online, choose Chat.
- Type your question and send it.
- When asked, enter your email address. Your question reaches our team once your email is entered.
When our team is online, replies appear in the chat. When the team is offline, the chat shows a message form instead. Leave your message there and we reply by email.
The chat widget is available on Help Center pages when support chat is available.
