Exporting your reviews

You can save a backup copy of your reviews to download it by going to the Import Tab of the Product Reviews app, then exporting your reviews using the Export button.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Product Reviews app in your Vitals dashboard.
  2. Select the Import tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Export section and click Export.
  4. Wait while it shows Preparing export. This can take a few seconds or minutes, and you can leave the page and come back.
  5. Click Download to save a ZIP file, then unzip it to get the CSV with all your reviews.

The download stays available for 24 hours; after that, click Generate new export. You can generate a new export every 30 minutes.
