How to exclude products in upsell offers

You might not wish to have the Upsells you've made displayed on some products already part of other upsells, like global Product Bundles or collections Product Bundles, where you have not hand-picked the products.

Exclusions are set on each offer:

  1. In Upsell Builder, open the offer.
  2. In the Applies to card, click Exclude specific products or collections.
  3. Choose the products, variants or collections the offer should skip.
  4. Click Publish to save the offer.

💡 Exclusions are most useful when the offer applies to All products or to whole collections. Excluded products won't show the offer, even if they match the offer's product selection.
