Vitals plans for new installs: prices and order limits

For stores that install or reinstall Vitals on or after 30 October 2026, Vitals offers four monthly plans. Your plan is based on your store's order volume when you install.

Stores that installed Vitals before 30 October 2026 keep their existing plan and price unless they reinstall or approve a plan change in Shopify.

Plans and prices

• Starter — $29.99/month: up to 200 orders per month.
• Growth — $79/month: 201 to 1,000 orders per month.
• Pro — $179/month: 1,001 to 5,000 orders per month.
• Enterprise — $299/month: 5,001 or more orders per month.

Every plan includes all Vitals apps. Plans differ in the level of support and services included. There are no usage charges on the plan itself: the price shown on Shopify's approval screen is your full monthly price. The only extras are Back in Stock SMS past your included SMS, and AI tools past their free allowance. Vitals asks you to approve usage billing in Shopify first, and nothing is charged unless you approve it. Yearly billing is not available.

Trial and plan selection

New installs include a 7-day free trial. Uninstall before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the plan. When you install, Vitals uses your store's orders from the previous 60 days to calculate a monthly average. Test and cancelled orders are not included.

For stores that have been open for less than 60 days, the average is based on the days the store has been open, using at least 30 days. Your plan is set at installation and does not change automatically if your order volume later changes.

Changing your plan

You can upgrade to a larger plan from Preferences → Plan & maintenance → Plan details → View plan. Shopify will ask you to approve the new monthly price. If you are still in your trial, your trial continues and the new plan starts when it ends.
