The Vitals All-in-one plan is our newest and most powerful plan, designed to grow with your business. Whether you're just starting out or scaling quickly, this plan gives you access to all Vitals apps plus flexible usage-based features that expand as your store grows.
This guide explains how the plan works, what limits apply, and how usage charges are calculated so you always know what to expect.
⭐ What Is the Vitals All-in-one Plan?
The Vitals All-in-one plan is our new, simplified subscription that provides full access to the Vitals suite with usage-based scaling. As your store grows, your plan adjusts to support more visitors, more emails, and more assisted revenue—ensuring you only pay for what you use.
Key Highlights
- $29.99/month USD base subscription
- Includes all Vitals apps
- 7-day free trial
- Unlimited growth potential with usage-based tiers
Existing merchants on legacy plans (Hobby, Business, Pro, Plus) will remain on those plans unless they choose to switch.
🚀 What You Can Use During the Free Trial
During the trial, you get access to all features with starter-level limits:
| Feature | Free Trial Limit |
|---|---|
| Visitor Recordings | 10,000 pageviews |
| Email Marketing | 500 subscribers |
| Back In Stock | 10,000 notifications |
| Review Request Emails | 20,000 emails |
| Push Marketing | 5,000 impressions |
| Order Tracker | 50 tracked shipments |
If you reach a trial limit
That feature pauses until your paid plan starts. For example, Visitor Recordings stops recording new sessions and shows a "Trial recordings limit reached" message. You won't be charged for reaching a trial limit. You can:
- Activate the plan early. Your paid plan and its higher limits start right away.
- Wait for the trial to end. You move to the paid plan automatically.
Usage during your trial is never charged. When your paid plan starts, your usage counts start again from zero. Usage charges only apply to activity after your trial ends.
📈 What Happens After You Subscribe
Once your paid subscription begins, your limits expand significantly.
| Feature | Included Limit (Per Month) |
|---|---|
| Visitor Recordings | Up to your page view limit (10,000 by default; you can raise it or set it to Unlimited). The first 1,000 each month are free, then usage charges apply. |
| Email Marketing | Unlimited* (with usage charges) |
| Back In Stock | 10,000 notifications |
| Review Request Emails | 20,000 emails |
| Push Marketing | 20,000 impressions |
| Order Tracker | 50 tracked shipments free, then Unlimited* (with usage charges) |
* These features scale with usage. You can also manually set your own usage caps to control costs.
💡 Understanding Usage Charges
Your base subscription is always $29.99 USD/month.
Usage charges apply only if your store enters a higher usage tier based on that month’s activity.
Important Details
- Usage charges are billed based on calendar month activity (1st–30th/31st), not on your subscription billing cycle.
- Charges apply only when you cross a tier threshold.
- You can view all tiers anytime at vitals.app/pricing.
- For the Visitor Recordings, Email Marketing and Order Tracker apps, you can set custom limits in your Vitals dashboard to prevent unexpected usage.
📊 Types of Usage That May Generate Charges
There are six types of usage that may lead to additional fees:
1. Direct Revenue Assists
Revenue directly generated from:
- Upsell Builder (all offer types):
- Volume Discount
- Product Bundle
- Buy X Get Y
- Spending Goal
- Gift
- Related Products Upsell
- Product Add-ons
- One Click Post Purchase upsell
- Back In Stock
- Push Marketing
- Pop-ups and Spin the Wheel — orders placed within 30 days of signing up, using the same email and the discount code the shopper got when they signed up. For Pop-ups, orders from shoppers who came back through the link in the discount code email count too. Orders placed without the code show as Assisted orders in those apps for your information and are never billed.
You can view these inside each app’s Analytics → Revenue section.
If the combined revenue from these apps reaches a higher tier for the month, a usage charge may apply.
2. Conversion Assists
These are sales influenced by customer interactions with certain conversion apps such as:
| App | Example Interaction |
|---|---|
| Sticky Add to Cart | Clicking the Sticky Add to Cart button |
| Product Reviews | Opening a review photo |
| Shoppable Instagram Feed | Clicking to view a post |
| Recent Sales Notifications | Clicking the notification and adding to cart |
| Related Products | Clicking Add to Cart |
| Recently Viewed | Clicking Add to Cart |
| Trending Products | Clicking Add to Cart |
Each app displays assisted revenue in Analytics → Revenue.
If conversion-assisted revenue reaches a tier, usage charges may apply.
3. Visitor Recordings (Pageviews)
The All-in-one plan includes:
- 0–1,000 pageviews/month: Free
- 1,001+ pageviews: Usage tiers apply
Example:
If your store reaches 2,000 pageviews, you enter the 1,001–10,000 tier, which adds $16 for that month.
Your page view limit
Recording pauses when you reach your page view limit, which is set to 10,000 by default. To change it, go to Visitor Recordings → Settings → Set a page view limit. You can choose 1,000, 10,000, 30,000, 60,000, 100,000, 200,000 or Unlimited.
Raising it lets you keep recording, and usage charges follow the tiers above. The limit resets at the start of each month.
💡Pageviews aren't the same as recordings: one recording includes every page a visitor views, so 10,000 pageviews usually means fewer than 10,000 recordings.
4. Email Contacts (Subscriber Count)
Email Marketing scales with the size of your subscriber list.
If your list grows enough to reach a higher tier, usage charges apply.
You can set a custom subscriber limit to control costs.
5. Lead Capture Emails
Emails collected through:
- Pop-ups
- Announcement Bars
Spin the Wheel
…count toward Lead Capture usage.
Crossing a tier threshold may generate charges.
The emails themselves count here. If a shopper then orders with the code they got from your pop-up or wheel, that sale counts toward Direct Revenue Assists — the two are measured separately.
6. Shipments Tracked (Order Tracker)
Shipments that Order Tracker follows for you. Every plan includes 50 tracked shipments per month for free.
On the All-in-One plan, tracking keeps going after your first 50, and shipments beyond that are billed in steps as your volume grows. You can see every step under Shipments tracked at vitals.app/pricing. Your usage and fee for the month appear in the Tracking card on your Vitals dashboard.
You can set a Shipments tracked limit in Order Tracker → Settings to control costs. It's set to 250 shipments a month by default, and you can raise it or set it to Unlimited at any time.
⛑️ How to Control or Avoid Usage Charges
Vitals gives you full control of your limits. You can:
- Set maximum pageviews for Visitor Recordings
