How to Add Images to Vitals Email Templates

You can add images to Vitals email templates by uploading them to Shopify Files and pasting the image URL into the email editor.

Add an image in the visual editor

1. In Shopify admin, go to Content > Files, upload your image, and copy its URL.
2. In the Vitals email editor, add or select an image block.
3. Paste the Shopify Files URL into the image block’s URL field in the properties panel.
4. Check the preview before saving your template.

You can use the same method for the product image in a Vitals product block.

These steps apply to Vitals email templates, including Product Reviews emails, Email Marketing campaigns and automations, Back in Stock emails, and the Pop-ups discount code email. The EU Withdrawal confirmation email is plain text, so images can't be added to it.

If you are using the HTML editor

If your template opens in the HTML editor rather than the visual editor, add the image with an <img src="…"> tag using your Shopify Files URL.
