How to Publish/Unpublish Reviews

Product reviews are an essential component of your store, providing valuable feedback from customers and helping potential buyers make informed decisions.

Managing these reviews effectively can enhance your store's reputation and customer trust.

This guide will walk you through the steps to publish or unpublish product reviews on your store, ensuring that only the most relevant and beneficial reviews are displayed to your customers.

💡 Unpublishing review/s will not delete them. They will still be inside the Product Reviews app but will not be shown on your storefront.

  1. Go to your Product Reviews app in your Vitals Dashboard and proceed to the Reviews tab:

  1. Select the product where the reviews you would like to publish/unpublish.

  1. Tick the respective boxes of the reviews you would like to publish/unpublish:

  1. If the reviews are already published and you would like them to be unpublished, click on the three dots on the upper-right side and select Unpublish in the menu that appears:

  1. If the reviews are unpublished and you would like to publish them, after clicking the tickboxes of the desired reviews, click the Publish button on the upper-right side:

Deleting/Removing a review

If you are looking to delete a review permanently inside the Product Reviews app, you can do the similar steps above by selecting the reviews first, and then selecting the Delete button by clicking the three-dots in the upper-right side to show the menu where the Delete button is located:

⚠️ Caution: Deleted reviews are permanent.
