Change the Add to cart button text

You can change the main Add to cart button text in your Shopify theme. Some Vitals widgets also have their own button-text settings.

Change the product-page button text

1. In Shopify, go to Online Store → Themes.
2. Click … beside your live theme and select Edit default theme content.
3. Search for Add to cart, enter your preferred wording, and click Save.

For other languages, use Apps → Translate & Adapt, select the language, and update the wording there.

The Sticky Add to Cart bar automatically uses your theme's wording unless its button-text override is enabled.

Change button text in Vitals widgets

• Sticky Add to Cart bar: Go to Settings → General settings → Overwrite Add to Cart button text → Add to Cart button text. Use this only when you want different wording from your theme.
• Related Products and Recently Viewed cards: Go to Settings → Translations → Add to cart.
• Wishlist page: Go to Settings → Translations → Add to cart for the button on each product. The Add all to cart text is in Settings → Wishlist page, shown when Show the Add to Cart button is turned on.
• Cart Drawer upsells: Go to Product upsells and recommendations → Button text.
• Upsell Builder offers: Open the offer, then go to Placements → Product page → Button text. For Volume Discount offers, this option appears only when Use the theme's Add to Cart button is turned off. Product Bundle, Buy X Get Y and Related Products offers always show it.

To translate Vitals widget text, use Translate at the top of the app page, or go to Preferences → Localization.
